Athletic Hall of Fame
The Lake Linden-Hubbell High School is establishing an Athletic Hall Of Fame and is searching for nominations for its first induction class.

The Hall of Fame’s purpose is to maintain the rich heritage and tradition of successful athletic programs at LLHHS. In addition, it will serve as a means of recognizing, preserving and honoring athletes, coaches and individuals who make significant contributions to the athletic programs. It will honor the accomplishments of these individuals who are worthy of recognition as examples for others to emulate.
TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION (Current Deadline is August 1, 2017)
Please attach a nominating letter choosing one of the following categories:

Athlete: Please include details of high school and post-high school athletic honors and achievements, awards and recognition received. Be sure to indicate the sport in which honors were received. Suggestions: Post Season Honors, Team Honors, Individual Statistics, Most Impressive Performance, School Record

Coach: Coaching Positions, Level and Years of Service, Records and Honors, Professional Achievements

Administration: Career Description as Administrator, Special Honors, Achievements

Contributor: Please provide complete background and information pertaining to involvement in athletics as a Fan, Booster, Financial Contributor, etc. Special Accolades and/or Achievements.

Nominations will be accepted from any interested person. Applications can include supporting information such as letters of recommendation and other letters of support from appropriate individuals who can validate or substantiate pertinent information related to the accomplishments of the nominee, newspaper clippings, magazine articles or photographs. Please include the nominee’s current address, if living, or nearest of kin, if deceased.

A Hall of Fame Selection Committee will meet to select candidates based on the criteria described above. An induction ceremony will take place each year.
Nominations received by August 1, 2017 will be considered at the selection meeting.
